Arlene M. Frankovich, 76, of Allport, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2017 at Windy Hill Village, Philipsburg.

Born on March 3, 1941 in Fernwood, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary (Cornus) Strutzel.

Arlene was a 1959 graduate of Moshannon Valley High School and a member of St. Barbara PNCC in Houtzdale.

She is survived by her loving husband Nicholas Frankovich, her son, Randy Folmar of Morrisdale, a daughter, Pamela McGuire of Winburne, and a sister, Kathy Fleck of Morgan Run.

She is also survived by six grandchildren, Nathan, Ryan, and Ashley Folmar, Eddie McGuire, Kristan Williams, and Jeremy Aultman.; and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Mildred Glowaki.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 11:00 AM in St. Barbara’s Polish National Catholic Church, Houtzdale, with Fr. Andres Simental as celebrant. Interment will follow in St. Barbara PNCC Cemetery.
