Donald Lee Phillips, 56, of New Kensington, PA, formerly of Madera, passed away Friday, Sept 18, 2015.

Born on March 20, 1959 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Harry Phillips and Anna (Hockenberry) Kephart.

He is survived by a daughter, Holly Eckenrode of Flinton; two brothers, Mickey Kephart of Madera, and Chad Phillips of Roanoke, VA; three sisters, Gloria, Sandy, and Tracey Kephart, all of Madera; two grandchildren, Dominic and Mason; his longtime friend Lori Muldrow and family; and his faithful companion, his dog Pepper.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Heather Phillips.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
