Obituary for Francis "Joe" Hamm
Francis “Joe” Hamm, 74, of Madera passed away Monday, February20 2023 at Penn Highlands Clearfield Hospital.
Born on May 2, 1948 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late Francis C. and Goldie I. (Mosley) Hamm.
He was in the US Army Reserves and was a member of the American Legion Post 591 in Houtzdale, the Croatian Club in Smokerun, the Loyal Order of the Moose 1172 in Madera and the Loyal Order of the Moose 327 in Houtzdale.
He is survived by two sons, Gregory (Ann) Hamm of Brisbin and William (Jamie) Hamm of Giner; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Cole, and Sara; one great-grandchild, Sutton; four siblins, Marya Reinbott of Houtzdale, Lewis (Judy) Hamm of Madera, Tim (Dorothy) Hamm of Houtzdale, and Barbara (Ron) Bainey of Osceola Mills.
He is also survived by three nieces and two nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Hamm, a brother in law Fred Reinbott, and a niece Melinda Hamm.
Family will receive friends Saturday, February 25, 2023 from 3-5 PM at Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Madera. Service and Interment will be private.
