Obituary for Irene Zazworsky
Irene S. Zazworsky, 82, of Philipsburg, passed away on Monday, August 16. 2021 at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
Born February 25, 1939 in Janesville, she was the daughter of the late Theodor “Frank” and Kathryn (Hreshko) Zazworsky.
Irene loved to play the organ and guitar, and like music. She was a member of St. Vladimir Ukrainian Orthodox Church.
She is survived by one brother, John (Linda) Zazworsky of State College; and one sister, Helen (William) Stewart of Mechanicsburg.
She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Michael, Metro, Anthony, and Wasco; and nine sisters, Anna, Sophie, Mary, Nancy, Catherine, Margaret, Evelyn, Ann, and Lillian.
Services and Interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family.
