Obituary for Jean L. Fry
Jean L. Fry, 93, of Madera, PA passed away on Tuesday, April 6. 2021 in Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehab Center, Clearfield.
Born January 25, 1928 in Franklin Twp., PA, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Villeta (Stamm) Campbell.
On April 29, 1949, she married Robert J. Fry, Sr. at the First Baptist Church in Butler, PA. He preceded her in death in 2012.
She is survived by two children; Linda Myers, and her husband Marvin, of Clearfield, Robert J. Fry, Jr., and his wife Donna, of Houtzdale; a sister, Vera Edinboro; a brother, William Campbell; sister-in-law, Lois Smith; eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents and husband, Jean was preceded in death by one sister, Joan Bell, and five brothers, Reed, George, James, Clyde, and Bruce Campbell.
Family will receive friends Friday from 9-11am at Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Madera. Services will follow at 11am with Pastor Kirk Negal officiating. Interment will follow in Bell Cemetery, Glen Hope.
