Obituary for John Plummer
John Plummer, 67, of Ginter, died on Friday, February 24, 2023 at at his home.
Born on May 5, 1955 in Philipsburg, he was the son of the late John “Jack” and Frances (Dombrosky) Plummer.
He was 1973 graduate of Moshannon Valley High School. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey, an honorary member of Morann Citizens Club, a member of Mesquito Creek Club, American Legion Post 591 social club, Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #327, and the Smithmill VFW Post 6321. He also loved spending time at Camp Pennington.
He is survived by a sister, Janet Plummer of Ginter, PA, and aunt, Genevieve Weiss of Houtzdale, and an uncle, Joe Dombrosky of NY; and several cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, and several aunts and uncles.
Family will receive friends Friday from 4-8 PM, and Saturday from 9-9:45 AM in Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Ramey. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 AM Saturday in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Ramey with Rev. Zab Amar as celebrant. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Ramey.
