Jedd, so sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom! I never had her for a math teacher, but did have her as homeroom teacher in 9th grade. She was so kind to me (it was the time of my Father's passing, and I was even more reclusive and quiet than my old usual self), and would always ask how I was, and also answer math questions I had from other teachers' work. She was a kind face to see each morning, and a fun lady to be around :) Thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. Mary
