Obituary for Michael Fetchu
Michael Robert Fetchu, 44, of Nanty Glo, formerly of Madera, passed away on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at Conemaugh Medical Center, Johnstown.
Born July 30, 1976 in Philipsburg, he was the son of Michael E. and Sharon (McCartney) Fetchu of Madera.
He was a 1995 graduate of Moshannon Valley High School, a member of the Boy Scouts of America, and a member of the Ramey Fire Company.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by a brother, Jim (Becky) Fetchu of Fairplay, MD; a sister, Annie Fetchu of Fairplay, MD; and a niece, Lindsay Fetchu.
A memorial mass will be held in the near future. Rev. Zab Amar will be celebrant.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for a Memorial Library in Michael’s name, c/o St. Stephens Living Center, 1075 Chestnut St., Nanty Glo, PA 15943.
