Obituary for Michael Vereshack
Michael J. Vereshack, 76, of Smokerun, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Mt. Nittany Medical Center.
Born on April 21, 1945 in Smokerun, he was the son of the late Victor and Rose (Lutz) Vereshack.
Michael was a 1963 graduate of B-C-I High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He worked as a mechanic at the K & F saw mill in Beccaria. He was a member of the Croatian Club in Smokerun.
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife, Darlene (Ball) Vereshack; five children, Bruce (Bobbi Jo) Vereshack of Irvona, Christy (Richard) Branniff of Smokerun, Michael (Brandye) Vereshack of Smokerun, Joseph (Amy) Vereshack of Smokerun, and Ron (Dina) Lefebvre of Houtzdale; two brothers, Victor Vereshack of NC and Marty Vereshack of Smokerun; and a sister, Teresa Litz of DE.
He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, Breanna, Brady, Damon, Nathan, Madelyn, Audrey, Zachary, Emmalee, Garret, Alaney, Lilley, Riley, and Angel; and four great-grandchildren, Everly, Ayla, Emma, and Everett.
Friends will be received 4-7PM Tuesday at Kruise-Spewock Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., Ramey. Service and interment will be private.
