Obituary for Robert L. Kostyak
Robert L. Kostyak, 89, of Ramey, passed away on Wednesday, September 7, 2022, at Knickerbocker Villa Senior Living, Clearfield.
Born on March 4, 1933 in Ramey, he was the son of the late John and Mary (Martin) Kostyack.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Ramey, and was a graduate of Moshannon Valley High School. He was a US Navy veteran, having served during the Korean War.
He is survived by his twin sister, Elizabeth Krompacky of OH and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, John, Edward, and Donald Kostyak; and three sisters, Helen Nesaw, Mary Kostyak, and Mildred Zaccarello.
A graveside service with military honors will be held Tuesday at 11am at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Ramey. Rev. Zab Amar will officiate.
