Very sorry and extremely sad to hear of Bill's passing. Bill was like one of my little brothers, we grew up together. He was always at our house playing ball, riding bikes having fun as kids did then. I always intended to stop in to see him, but never did; now it's too late.

Truck, we shared many great memories over the years at SCI Smithfield. You were a kind soul. It pains me that you left us so early... It still feels like you just retired. You are in hearts brother. Until we meet again.

I am so sorry for your lost. "Truck" was a very good man that I had the privilege of Workin with for many years. His sense of humor and contagious laugh, the kindness he showed every one he came in contact with every single day even when chaos was spiralling around him.
I am very grateful for being lucky enough to have him as a training sgt. And being able to work with him.
He will be missed.

Thoughts and prayers to the family of "Truck" Bill was a big man with a bigger heart. I worked many years side by side with Bill at SCI-Smithfield with many laughs and memories. May your memories ease your heavy hearts in this time of sorrow. God bless, Brett
